The WOD was much harder than it looked on "paper." Never done HMSn, it was a good one, using it soon.

You know, the big gorilla demonstrating the SB Zercher cleans in the video made them look much easier than they turned out to be. I hope I never run into that guy and somehow make him made at me...

8 hours of GPP (read yard work: hauling 50# bags of sand and topsoil, cutting grass, weed eating, digging holes to plant trees, burning limbs... you name, it was done).
Too toasted to do the lifts.
