Max Effort Work Today
Snatch - only got to 208 successfully... caught 218 but held it on the bottom too long and missed it
Clean and Jerk- Feeling Better :).... got 264 for a single even though I still am 15 lbs from my personal best it's better
Back Squat Max.... Horrible... only could manage 315 and then missed 335 badly...
