Recovery Week:much needed, max day on sat. was garbage,did not post because it all went to shizzle!!

TGU: 40 x5 x3 on right side, did not do on left due to pain. Did DB rotator cuff movements on left.
Seated calf raise: 115 x10, 140 x8 x2 with 5 sec pause at bottom.
