Greg,

Would your functional wieght gain program in your book work for strength as well? I really need to build my overall strenght base, but I don't want to neglect the classic lifts while doing it. I would add in some of my own weakness secific exercises and some metcon work since real weight gain is not my primary concern. Or do you have another recomendation? Thanks!

Greg and Aimee,

Thanks a ton for such a fantastic Olifting seminar. You guys are unbelievably knowledgable coaches and excellent athletes as well and I can't imagine learning this stuff from anyone better than you! Thanks for having me! See you soon.

Andrew -

It will definitely get you stronger - just don't eat so much if you don't want to gain weight.
