Snatch - 205# C&J - 265# (20# under PR) Squat - 365# (10# under PR) Didn't have it today. I knew going into it this morning that it was going to be a bad day.

Went Gold's gym style @ Powerlifting comp with high school kids Squat 405 (40 lb) PR Bench 315 DL 485 (40lb) PR First PL comp. Interesting. Bunch of round dudes grunting and not getting low enough in squat. Enjoyed the competition but not my thing. Look forward to hitting Oly cycle with you fella's
