What is the difference with the second edition of Olympic Weightlifting vs. the first?
Greg Everett 3 | 2009-07-29
greatly expanded programming section; updated and expanded learning progressions and lift analysis; some additional core and plyometric work sections, etc.

Damnit, I ordered a copy (first edition) 2 weeks ago, wish I had known, oh well I'm more interested in the learning of the lifts at this point versus programming.

Cheers

AHHHH...wish I had known about the new addition last week when I ordered the 1st addition. I'm devouring it, but could really use the info with expanded learning progressions and lift analysis.

Front Squat: 150
Snatch Push Press: 90 (first time, felt a little easy)
Clean Pull: 185 (felt hard)
TGUs: 25# DB
