Greg! Very bloody solid cycle mate. Felt good on BS but didn't think I would hit high. My best you will recall at your joint was 185. Today I decided to jump from 179 to PR at 186 and felt great. Pumped and full of gas I decided 190 and dropped arse to the grass and solid as a rock to standing...with more in da tank. Decided to call it a day after those 2 babies. Aimee, thanks for the great base and coaching over the last year setting the stage for those lifts today. 15 years never getting over 175. 9 months 15 KG increase since training Catalyst Athletics! Thanx guys
