Had to do it a day early. Back Squat: 185, 195, 200, 200, 200 (all scaled) Push Press: 125 Snatch Pull: 140 It is getting better.

Greg, I've been following this cycle since it started and have been very happy with the progress. I'd like to compete in my first meet this weekend (Sunday), and wanted to know the best way to taper for it. I was thinking about doing the workouts as RXd Mon/Tues/Wed, then doing light technique work Thursday/Friday and taking Saturday off. After the meet, I was going to take next Monday off and shift next week's Mon/Tues/Wed to Tues/Wed/Thur, delete the Thursday workout, and be back on track after that. Does this sound OK? Thank you.

Peter - Tomorrow snatch/CJ to about 80% for one single; Wed snatch/cj to about 75% for 1-2 singles; Thur sn/cj to 65% for 1-4 singles; Fri super light tech work just to keep snappy and comfortable wth the movements; rest or mobility work only on sat. Good luck!
