Clean Work Tall Clean... just worked up to 70kg Full Clean 50%- 143 60%- 174 70%- 198 80%- 230 85%- 242 90%- 257 .... All pretty easy... been a good couple of days Push Press MAX 154, 175, 198, 213, 225, 242, 247... NEW PR Front Squat- 3X5 1- 198 2- 230 3- 255 X 4 Burpees Kipping Pull Ups - tabata - 8RDS .... got at least 10 on the burpees and 12 on the pull ups
