Hi John,
I am also vegetarian and like to say vegetables are great to lose and maintain healthy body weight, great antioxidant and make bones strong. Vegetables prevent from certain types of cancer, diabetes, stabilize blood pressure, stroke and other heart disease.

I am a vegetarian. Vegetables include vitamins,minerals, iron and calcium that are really good for health. Eat fresh fruits,. vegetables these improve heart functions,. mental heath, control blood pressure, control cholesterol level and prevent from many diseases.

Yeah here me also a vegan. I like to eat pure plant based foods in my routine diet.
I eat more fresh fruits, raw vegetables, grains and nuts to get more natural and nutritious foods stuff.

I am also trying to stick to vegan diet. It's actually not easy as I don't like soy as protein source.
