Hey guys, couldn't find a topic where to post this, if it's not the proper way, then replace/remove if you want to:) Anyway, my name is David, I'm 22 and I'm looking to pick up weightlifting and working out to get my body in shape. As of now, I have a normal posture, so I'm looking for training schedules and any tips that will help getting me there. I'll look for the appropiate topics before asking questions, just wanted you guys to know that I'm around!
