Olympic Lift(s) and/or Variations for Grapplers
If you're training just for grappling competitions and want to add olympic lifts (as part of a S&C program) would you use the full lift and/or power versions and/or hang versions and/or some other variation? The athletes have access to coaching to learn the lifts

I was a competitor (wrestling) and now coach a USA Wrestling Club but learned and became interested in Weightlifting as an adult.
I train my athletes with most work from the hang and power positions. The benefits that we see can come from those positions. Those that are interested I've worked with on the full lifts but only because of their interest in the Weightlifting.
