*heavy bag warmup for 15 min

Afternoon 115 degrees.
5 rounds
3 position clean @ 185lbs
5 box jumps @ 24"
10 tire flips
20 knee in situps
40 yd shuttle sprint

done this with another Marine...this one got the best of me...I was feeling that training hangover for like 10min after this one.

Set a goal this week of doing "2 a days"....to see how it affects our sinister saturday training...tomorrow is a rest day...

Wrist feeling sore after this one too...same nagging pain as last week...
