1Clean 1Push Press 3Back Squats @ 185lbs
1Clean 1Push Press 3Back Squats @ 190lbs
1Clean 1Push Press 3Back Squats @ 195lbs
1Clean 1Push Press 3Back Squats @ 200lbs
Clean & Push Press @ 185lbs

Change of Plans... I figured that if I keep doing these Barbell Push Press complexes that I can maybe work up to 225lbs on a PP... Which would not only be good back squat poundage but would probably also translate into a PR on the Military Press. I'm thinking maybe a strict press of at least 200lbs If I'm able to PP 225lbs.. So Ill probably drop everything else for a while & focus on these
