A few weeks ago I injured my wrist when attempting a new front squat 1RM. When I tried to bail I did not get out of the way fast enough and my right wrist bent back farther than it's meant to. Now any time I have the bar in the front rack position it hurts, especially when I am squatting. I don't have any pain when snatching or during any sort of pulling, it is only when my wrist is bent back.
The question I have is should I continue to do movements that don't irritate it in hopes of it being some sort of rehab, or lay off any upper body movements all together?
I appreciate any feedback.
