Hey, this is more a question directed at Greg, I've recently started the classic lift positioning and technique cycle. At first I was going to do the one in the book, however I found the same/very similar cycle on this website http://www.catalystathletics.com/wor...php?cycleID=37
However while it has additional information such as warm up and accessory work the number of sets is less. I am wondering if you prescribe less sets as there is extra work due to the accessory lifts? Or if there was any other particular reason you chose to lighten the load for the online routine. Which do you recommend? so far I have been doing the books setsXreps with onlines warmup and accessories, I am an intermediate lifter with a probably over estimated work capacity. I have not looked at both routines to see if they differ greatly after the first week however.
