Default Sprint Workout

Hey everybody,

I am a wide reciever in college right now and have been doing sprint and agility work with my team for the past few weeks and will for the entire offseason. My trainer recommended Fast Fuel (by RSP nutrition) to help improve my speed and agility and its been incredible. I usually don't blog or suggest products online; however, if your looking to improve your speed I really do suggest trying the product. I know its NCAA approved and Jon Beason and a bunch of other NFL guys are on it too.

Looks decent enough, I'm not fond of the Sucralose or caffeine but overall decent. No idea on how much it costs though or quality.

Zach- I'm in a pretty comparable situation, and have also been using Fast Fuel. I had no idea the U was on this stuff too.... but that can't be a bad thing haha. I've only been taking it for a week and I already feel I'm getting more out of my speed and explosion workouts. Also I have yet to feel upset what so ever from taking it, which is usually a problem I have with pre-workout supplements... guessing because it is tailored for that kind of training.
