Default Intro

My introduction and now love affair with Oly began in August as my Crossfit programming started calling for these lifts. I began Crossfit in May to kick my weight loss in gear(5'10" 275lb in March '12- 244lb 12/5/12) and for better work capacity for my job(firefighter). So far, I've really enjoyed this style of lifting, it's completely different from where I came from-powerlifting, but employs those same movements. I train on my own so sites like this and youtube have been my go to for training advice/tips. Currently I train at a regular gym for stuff like squats, DL, pulls, and presses and am fortunate enough to have a platform, Eleiko bar and some bumpers and my station to train Oly so I make it work the best I can. My best C&J so far is 100Kg and my best Snatch 69Kg and hopefully going up. See ya around
