felt very stiff, it seems when im a bit sore i dont pull as well and loop the bar out a bit again so i should prob keep smashing the flexibility work and maybe warm up a bit more when feeling tight

Yes, definitely take some extra time to warm up when you're feeling stiff. That 85 is close and I think you're spot on about your pull. You're bumping the bar out a little and the weight is forward. Bring the bar into your hips and drive straight up.

It almost looks like your donkey kicking at times. One thing that I have heard works in these situations is to thinking of bringing the bar back as well trying to mentally think of landing an inch behind where your starting position.
Definately trying lifts from the hang or from blocks, possibily with the complexes as said before.
