Default Recovery

Hi everyone,

I'm recovering from a recent illness which left me unable to train for two weeks and 15lbs lighter . This happened about two weeks into a program. What can I do to ease my way back into the swing of things?

Any help is appreciated!

Probably exactly what u said, ease into it, maybe train light for a week or 2, then start a fresh program so u get the transition..

Sounds serious though, that's a lot of lost weight

Thanks! I'm actually attending a seminar soon, so I'll probably start a new program after that and train light in the mean time as you said.

Yeah, I wasn't too thrilled but thankfully it was nothing an antibiotic couldn't fix.
