Weightlifting Team Training Broadcast, Greg Everett,
We've gotten enough requests that I've given in and decided to try doing a webcast of the weightlifting team's training once a week. My resistance was largely just based on not wanting to be stuck monitoring a computer while I should be coaching, but after doing a test run the other day, I've decided I can just set it up and let it go. Plus Saturday's are the day I jump in and train with everyone anyway. So you won't see any artistic camera work, but you'll be able to get a good view of the main platforms in the  gym.

We'll be broadcasting this Saturday (Oct 15) at 11 am Pacific time and it will run about 2 hours. You can see the recording of Monday's broadcast here and find our UStream channel here.

I watched a good portion of Monday's session. If you can somehow mic up some of the banter/coaching, that would be awesome! If this will reveal too much coaching or club secrets, then it's fine if you don't.

I agree with sweet; it would be really cool if you were on mic. That said, if it reveals stuff you don't want to share, or if wearing a mic would be a pain, then no worries: still a great idea, and is super valuable at the end of the day. Cheers!
