April 12 2007, Robb Wolf,
We bought this wheelbarrow from Costco for $35. We load it with sand bags, dumbbells and bumper plates to use for lower intensity GPP (general physical preparedness) and rehab. Not only does it tax the grip, the posterior chain is worked without eccentric loading. Buy one and take it for a stroll!

Make sure your wagon has solid construction. A contractors version is the safest. I like to load it with dumbbells (go figure) so they roll around a little bit. Not so concerned with how much weight I can place on your wagon just finish you off nice at the end of the session. Good recommendation
