To get a loaded bar overhead to perform overhead squats, use a snatch push press. Take the bar from a rack as you would a back squat and adjust your grip to a snatch width. With a full stomach and chest of air, dip and drive the hips straight up and down, pressing the bar into a locked overhead position.
