To help increase muscle mass gain, try adding some supplemental branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) before, during and after training. Dosages range between 0.10 and 0.20 grams/pound of bodyweight. Powder can be mixed in water or added to supplemental protein.

MRM makes a great product, BCAA + G, which includes glutamine, for a reasonable price.
