Kettlebell Deadlift High-Pull

This is essentially an upright row that begins with a deadlift from the floor and uses leg and hip extension momentum to accelerate the kettlebell to its final position. Pull smoothly from the floor and accelerate with leg and hip drive as the kettlebell reaches knee height. Pull the elbows high and let the kettlebell hang down below them.
