Kettlebell Press

Begin with the kettlebell in the clean rack position: handle in the palm, base of the kettlebell supported in the bend of the arm. Push the kettlebell straight up, bringing the elbow out and squeezing the upper back as you drive it into the overhead position. Finish with a locked elbow and the shoulder blade retracted tightly.
