Kettlebell Push Press

Begin with the kettlebell in the clean rack position as you would for a press. Bend at the knees, change directions quickly, and drive straight up with the legs to accelerate the kettlebell up off the shoulder. Tighten the legs after the drive is finished and follow through with the arm to finish a press to overhead.
