Kettlebell Stiff-Legged Deadlift

With a kettlebell in both hands, set the back in a tight arch, push the hips back, and unlock the knees slightly to hinge at the hips as far as possible without losing the arch of your back. The knees start and end straight at the top, unlike in the Romanian deadlift in which they remain slightly bent.
