Sandbag Power Jerk

Standing holding a sandbag by the fabric on the shoulders and upper chest, dip at the knees and drive straight up. As the legs finish extending, jump the feet to the squat position and push with the arms to drive yourself into a partial squat with the elbows locked out and the bag overhead.
