Sandbag Shoulder To Shoulder Push Press

Stand holding the middle of a sandbag with both hands and it resting on one shoulder, the long ends draping forward and backward over your shoulder. Dip at the knees and drive up with the legs to accelerate the bag up off the shoulder. Continue pressing with the arms to get the bag up over your head to full elbow extension and lower it to the opposite shoulder.
