Sandbag Overhead Swing

Holding a small sandbag by the handles or gripping the bag, perform a swing from behind the legs and continue to bring the bag overhead, letting the elbows bend and the bag drop to the upper back. Stay tight and don't let the elbows get pulled completely back overhead. Reverse the motion by forcefully pulling the bag back overhead and into the down-swing.
