This is a bent row performed with kettlebells. Bend the knees and push the hips back as you lean forward, setting your back tightly in complete extension. You can start the kettlebells on or just off the floor depending on whether or not you want to maintain tension for the whole set. Pull squeeze the upper back and pull the elbows as high as possible. Focus on elevating the elbows and retracting the upper back rather than lifting the kettlebells.
