Hold a kettlebell with both hands. Bend the knees slightly and maintain this slight bend throughout the movement. Push the hips back slowly with the back set in a tight arch and hinge as far as possible without losing your back arch. Reverse directions and return to standing, maintaining the same angle of knee bend. This can also be done with two kettlebells or on one leg.
