we have got this whole CrossFit/Oly Lifting/High Intensity/Funtional thing ALL WRONG!


it is all about the Pole Dancing (the latest fitness craze).

It says that it is marketed for adults, but. . . it doesn't look like it to me.

I second the entire wrongness thing!

Although, I can imagine this line:

"So.... You're a stripper! You should come over sometime. No really, I've got the pole and everything;)"

ok, there is a dream I haven't tapped...that or gogo dancing...you know the 20" boxes and some wicked tall boots would work great....so, it's like functional...or what?

:D Performing in heels is an art in itself I hear!

When I saw the topic I thought that it would be refering to pole acrobatic work which I would really like to try.
Any one with access to good recomendation of pole work links,set up or silk rope work for that matter.
Anyone investigated using this in WOs?
