Need to improve flexibility for squats
I am trying to find a flexibility program that would help improve my ability to maintain a proper squat form.
I have had a long recovery from some injuries to find now I am unable to have proper form even to achieve a parallel squat.
Any recommendations for a program or specific exercises?
Try practicing an overhead squat with a broomstick....then take it one step further and do that while facing a wall and standing like 6" away......good way to work form without heavy weights and you will soon easily see where you weaknesses are.
