Matt T's Odd Object/Kettlebell Log
New member here. Looks like a great place to get some training info and feedback and start up a log. Most of my physical training is geared towards the development of strength and short-term power output. No real purpose for my training though I have been trying to get back into amateur boxing. Time will tell. I do the bulk of my training with kettlebells, kegs, sandbags and stones with some occasional bodyweight exercises thrown in.Here is yesterday's:
Saturday September 1, 2007 Keg Shouldering; 12 sets of 1 rep R/L @ 125ibs with 1-minute rest intervals between singles. Kettlebell Circuit: -Double Snatches 5 reps -Renegade Rows 5 reps -Double Clean and Press 5 reps 5 circuits using a pair of 53s for all exercises |
