I'm not a fan of the war on drugs, which has directly resulted in this miscarriage of justice:

wow...that is sickening.

Sad state we are in....I say legalize it all...if people want to sit on their butt all day on pain killers or other things (not talking about those in serious pain, just those that want recreational use), go for it...it's their life....make personal responsibility the #1 law. People commit more violent crimes trying to get drugs than those commited while under the influence of drugs.
