John's Log
Ever since I bought this new ice cream machine, I've been addicted to ice cream. I've been eating quarts of the stuff haha. I dunno how bad that is for my health but I need to quit my ice cream habit, so I'ma start this nutrition log to help me stay on track from now on and shed some of the fat that I gained I might integrate my workouts into the log too. my goal is to cut my weight down to 145-150 in around two to three months.
