Those reasons are why I wear an almost no cushion running flat or VFFs to run. Also when I see "spring/air/gel" I cringe, as those are the worst shoes which promote heel-striking.

I don't have to go to it (because I get 100's on the test :p) and yes they do allow VFF's.
