"Stretch to Win"
This is one of the books I picked up with the lot of gift cards I got for Barnes and Noble.
So far, it's quite comprehensive.
I think I'm going to like it quite a bit.
It has a detailed system for self-evaluation, and the system also includes finding and working on you trigger points, as well as using self-myofascial release techniques to improve tissue quality. I actually haven't gotten to the stretching parts yet.
