Right i think im gonna dump my tuna habit, for a while at least..ive been getting occasional headaches, perhaps not a result of mercury, but i'll see how i feel.
The brand i love is yellowfin too, higher in mercury it seems...i eat a minimum of 3 cans a weeks, which puts me at 310% mercury rating according to gotmercury.org..they have a calculator...
Any tips of detoxing?
I like this from that Consumer Reports article:
I get headaches if I eat tuna.....so I dropped it a while back. Stick with salmon and sardines.
