Right i think im gonna dump my tuna habit, for a while at least..ive been getting occasional headaches, perhaps not a result of mercury, but i'll see how i feel.
The brand i love is yellowfin too, higher in mercury it seems...i eat a minimum of 3 cans a weeks, which puts me at 310% mercury rating according to have a calculator...

Any tips of detoxing?

I like this from that Consumer Reports article:

Some seafood species--salmon, shrimp, clams, and tilapia--have such consistently low mercury levels that everyone, including pregnant women and young children, can safely eat them every day.
I pretty much stick to salmon, I dropped tuna quite awhile ago.

I get headaches if I eat I dropped it a while back. Stick with salmon and sardines.
