Drew Food Log
I am going to try to keep a food log for a while so hopefully you guys can find something wrong with what I am doing and why I am not having much progress in the gym or asthetically. Currently ~6' 194lbs. Trying to drop 10-15lbs.
Morning PWO Tim Horton's Breakfast Sandwich, Biscut, Sausage, Egg and Cheese (I know good one to start a log off with) Orange Lunch 4 oz of ham, hand full of almonds Snack 5 oz can of tuna, hand full of almonds Snack 5 oz ham Dinner 6 oz of chicken (a breast), asparagus Usually I try to eat more veggies during the day. |

Coffee 5 oz ham (still got that easter ham), 2 cups of cantalope, 12 almonds. Lunch Chicken Breast and Asparagus hand full of Almonds Snack Can of tuna and some almonds Dinner Chicken Leg ~2 cups of spinach and mushrooms, olives |

2 fresh fruit cups 6 cups of coffee... (client meeting) 9 am 3 egg omelet with ~4 oz of ham, mushrooms, handfull of almonds. Lunch ~5 oz ham 1 bag of spinach, almonds Dinner Lbs of meet ranging from pork, beef, lamb. (All you can eat Brazilian Steakhouse) |

Large Omelet with corned beef hash, orange juice, coffee Lunch Other half of my wifes omelet from breakfast, apple, large scoop of nut butter Had a bunch of guys get together from college from different states and countries 7 Absolute Cape Coders 1 Red Bull and Absolute 2 Margarita 1 Double IPA Duck tacos with black beens and beef taquitos |

Well I gained 4 lbs this week.
