I have a client who's begun to experience some head pain at the bottom of her squats, which will sometimes persist for the rest of the day. First instance of this was at the bottom of a BtB Tabata squat. We talked about making sure she's breathing out (she was definitely holding her breath), so we're working on that.
She's made a doc's appt just for her own peace of mind, but in the interim are there other things I can be working with her on? This hit her again as she went to pick up some heavy boxes over the weekend.

Ive personally dealt with these before and breathing is essential. They will linger around for a while, a few weeks and then leave for a year or two when provoked again.
My personal experience has been the best when i take a week off or sometimes longer, or do light work that will not provoke them. Stop the workout when its uncomfortable. Otherwise i have found that they do not go away.
It's generally either:
1. Holding breath
2. Non-neutral head position + tight neck muscles
3. Poor hydrate/electrolytic imbalance
Or a combination of
Make sure she doesn't have blood pressure issues.
