Blood test?
 

In the next few weeks I am going in to my local doc for my annual check of my ferritin levels.

Are there any other tests worth my while that I should get done as well? Lipid panel, testosterone, insulin, etc.

25-hydroxy Vitamin D.

Comprehensive Metabolic Panel.

Complete Blood Count.

Total Iron.

Lipid panel.

TSH.

Insulin would be great, unlikely they'll run it for you though, as you're not diabetic.

Anyone used ZRTLAB.com for blood/saliva testing?

Im thinking of ordering 2 tests, i think they send them outside of the US.


In fact i just ordered this D test. Anyone like to share there vit D results and what there intake/sun exposure was??

I decided not to order the test below, seems docs can decide if its a very good test or not..

High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hs-CRP) (Blood)
C-Reactive Protein is an established marker of inflammation and can be an important contributor to pro-inflammatory and pro-thrombotic elements of cardiovascular disease. High levels are associated with higher risk for type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

I use ZRT for certain things, they are well-regarded in the industry.
