C&J or cleans + push presses
If I'm not planning on competing in oly, and I just want to gets stronger for judo and gymnastics, is there any advantage to doing a clean and jerk over just doing cleans and rack jerks or push presses?

No. I'd say go with

power cleans
strict press
push press
push jerk

doing a jerk or push press following a tough clean is a uniquely demanding effort. definitely different than doing each individually (most people's individual clean/jerk numbers are better than their clean & jerk number). i'd say it's a good exercise for judo and general AKP.

Good enough for me.

However, would it be more beneficial from a judo and tricking standpoint to do power cleans, or full cleans?
