Issue 17 Mass gain journal
I am just starting the mass gain program in issue 17, confused on the
L sit pullup- 60& x 6 x6
what is the 60& suppose to be, the 6 x 6 is six sets of six.
This is on day 2 of the hypertrophy microcycle, any help would be appreciated.
Answered own question, read prior posts and realize it is 60% of 1Rm weighted pull up.
