is there a big deference in the mass (a) plan by greg everett and just following the daily wods on the home page? seems like the home page does some pretty heavy stuff along with max efforts here and there.

The CA WOD is an Oly program with some conditioning added. The Mass gain program is a program dedicated to gaining weight.
