training the bounce
how to do it at best? i was taught only to bounce when recovering from the clean and not while squatting to strengthen the bottom of the squat.
but when cleaning heavy i have other things in mind than to bounce.
i thought about doing the bounce in a (squat) speed set but that is very likely to eliminate the training stimulus of the speed set - right?
The bounce should enhance a speed set actually. All the bounce is is speeding the movement up once you break parallel and not pausing in the bottom.
