wow, I'm already learning so much. I've been skipping around a bit but two things which really stand out is a realization that programming and coaching is really difficult, like not simple at all, and, a there is such a thing as gaining muscle mass without gaining any strength. wow.

I have the old book. I was trying to decide if I wanted the new one too. How are they different?
