The last week I have gotten a queasy stomach post meal 4-5 times. No bathroom issues and it goes away after 30 minutes or so.
Started Paleo and working out again on Jan 1 after a six month layoff.
12g fish oil
Grassfed beef and about 45-55g fat a day.
What are you eating in those meals? Which meal of the day is it?
I have had it with both lunch and dinner. Today the effect was at lunch and is lingering and not going away as it normally does.
Today I had some grassfed ground beef browned with spinach and avocado. Seasoned with garlic, pepper, and mixed onions and mushrooms.
I will start to keep a log of what I eat when I am affected. Right now I don't know of any common foods I had eaten at each meal. I know it wasn't the same protein source because I have had problems now with fish, chicken and beef.
